Lakeside will provide 30 flats and 5 houses for affordable rent, the following mix will apply:
- 5 x 3 bed 5 person houses
- 18 x 1 bed flats
- 12 x 2 bed flats
All flats will have their own balconies.
Lakeside will also provide a further 129 flats which will be for private sale. These flats will be a mix of studios, 1 bed and 2 beds.
